Festival & Event Permits
If you are planning an event to which the general public is invited to participate or attend that is being held on city property, or if the event will be on private property and has a direct impact on traffic congestion or flow or if the attendance is expected to be 500 or more — you must complete a Special Event Application and other required forms. Please read the Special Event Application Handbook to find out what forms you will need to complete for your special event and the process for getting your special event approved. Some forms may be electronically saved and emailed to rogersaa@owensboro.org
